Workflow designer
Define the complete experience from trigger to delivered result, including your role and exceptions.
This tool prepares a request for your agent to create the final document. A rough description is enough. Leave unknowns blank; the exported instructions ask your agent to clarify or inspect them. Nothing here calls a model, uploads files, or saves your entries.
An event, schedule, request, or selected folder.
Name the finished output and destination, not just intermediate files.
Current inputs, prior outputs, and existing systems. You can attach samples to your agent later.
Distinguish final review from intermediate approvals and optional corrections.
What this template helps your agent work out
- Model trigger → automatic steps → delivered result → user involvement. Preserve the requested automation; prefer simplicity among approaches that meet it.
- Compare fixed software, fixed model workflows, and agents where relevant. Consider an agent building reusable tools; distinguish tool creation from recurring operation.
- For every stage record inputs, outputs, owner, failure behavior, and every required manual action with frequency: setup, per run, per output, or per item. Separate optional corrections.
- Specify missing-data and uncertainty handling, retry limits, duplicate prevention, and recovery from a partial run. Do not invent authorization to publish or change external systems.
- Define a small complete first version. Reduce supported formats or scope before removing core automation. Verify completion at the user’s actual destination.
Review your request
Copy or download this request and give it to your agent with relevant files. The agent inspects the context and drafts the final document for your review. Do not install this request as project instructions.
What next?
Give the draft and relevant workflow files to your agent. Ask it to separate confirmed facts, assumptions, and proposed choices, then review the result.
